Each completed batch is tested, including checks of viable microbial counts, and released for sale only after passing our quality checks.

Equipment and production areas undergo cleaning and sanitisation between batches.
FERMENTATION

We ferment and formulate application-specific microbial consortia in Lahore using defined production procedures. Incoming starter cultures undergo quality checks before production.
We apply defined culture-use limits rather than continuously propagating production cultures. Equipment and production areas are cleaned and sanitised between batches.
Biodyne’s US facilities support culture evaluation, preparation of application-specific microbial consortia and quality assurance. Biodyne Pakistan ferments and formulates these consortia locally in Lahore, with each finished batch undergoing quality checks before release.
